Eating In // Chimichurri

Chimichurri is one of those condiments that tastes good on so many different foods. I love to eat it with steak. It's the perfect grilled food companion. I like to make a big batch and have friends over to grill and let them all partake of the goodness.

The Goods:

  • 2 cups flat leaf parsley
  • 2 cups cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbls red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbls raw sugar
  • salt & pepper

Directions:

Throw everything into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Add more oil if it's too thick. 

Serve as a condiment and enjoy!
