Dinner, Dessert & Elderflower-Champagne Cocktail

This past weekend we celebrated lots of birthdays, one being Megan's mother Ginger. There's nothing better than sharing a meal out on the back deck during Spring. The whole family contributed food and drinks and it was a lot of fun celebrating her!

The super fun "HOORAY" sign is by Oh Joy! For Target

The pavlova was made by Megan and you can find her recipe for it here.

And the cocktail for the evening was an Elderflower-Champagne Cocktail. It was such a hit.

We found the original recipe here on Zested. But here is a quick version of it:

Ingredients:

Dry Champagne
St. Germaine
Thinly Sliced Cucumber
Mint

Directions:

Fill a tumbler with ice. Fill 3/4 of the glass with dry champagne. Add thinly sliced cucumber and fresh mint. Top off with St. Germaine.

It's that easy!
