Eating In // Citrus Carrot Juice

Happy Monday! We wanted to share a little energy booster this morning. Growing up (when I was about 8-9 years old) my mother started juicing. To help get some vital nutrients in our bodies she would make the boys and me drink a little bit of her home-made juice every day. I. Hated. It. It was pulpy and it tasted like vegetables. So I would secretly pour it out in the bushes out back. (Okay, so it wasn't that  bad, but kids like to be dramatic).

Rediscovering juicing now that I'm in my mid-twenties has been an interesting situation. Megan just started doing a little juicing every now and then and makes me a glass when I'm hanging out with her. I'm always wary to begin with but this recipe below really is quite tasty. I would recommend for anyone who wants to start with a delicious, mild juice.
