Eating In // Stone Fruit with Mascarpone & Ricotta with a Honey Drizzle

This dessert is very light which makes it perfect for a summer evening. The flavor of the cheeses with the sweetness of the honey and tartness of the fruit make it complex and interesting. Not to mention it is so easy to assemble and serve. It was inspired by a Martha Stewart recipe and it s

erves 4.

The Goods:

2 ripe peaches, some sliced, some halved

3 plums, slices and halves

4 apricots, halves

3/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese

3/4 cup mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Cut the fruit and arrange onto a platter.

2. Mix the two cheese together and dollop two big helpings onto the platter.

3. Drizzle with honey and top with pecans. Serve immediately.
