Around the House // Indoor Plants
We are finally feeling the warmth of Spring here in the south east but there will undoubtedly be some gloomy days ahead in the next month. One of the best ways to battle the winter blues is to invest in some easy houseplants that are beauties year round.
The ferns I have were given to me as a gift. I had to do some research on the internet on how to care for them. I have since learned that they love humidity so I housed them in a terrarium away from direct sunlight. They seem to be loving their new home. The succulents and cacti, of course, love full sun so they stay in the window. The trick to keep house plants alive is to do your homework and learn about what they need. Stay diligent and you will be rewarded.
