New Years Treat: Rosemary Almonds

These almonds are always such a hit at parties. They make the perfect easy snack for your next soiree. 

The Goods:

Serves 10-12

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet and toss with the butter, rosemary, cayenne, and salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
