4th Day of Craftsmas // Mini Potted Christmas Trees
For those who like the more scandi/minimal approach to Christmas, this is for you. As long as you have dirt and trees to cut branches from, you have a nice little decoration, hostess gift, etc.
Supplies:
- Evergreen tree branches from your yard or the tree lot
- Potting soil
- Flower pots or pretty candle holders
Directions:
Trim the branches from trees or ask the tree lot dudes to give you a few branches. Fill your little vessel ( we used a flower pot and mercury glass votives ) with dirt. Trim the bottoms of the branches so there is a clean "trunk" and place in the little flower pot. Cover with dirt and water it ever so often. Should last the season long.
