Eating In // Brie and Prosciutto Panini

The Goods:
Makes 1 sandwich

  • rustic bread- we used rosemary and olive oil loaf 
  • 2 oz brie cheese
  • 2 slices prosciutto 
  • honey mustard-store bought or homemade 
  • 1 tbls butter
  1. Layer all of the ingredients onto the bread slices. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. 
  2. Place the sandwich in the pan and then place another pan on top and weight it with the heaviest cans in your pantry. You could also simply use a panini press for simplicity's sake. Grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
